You can request a collection of your IT equipment online via the form below. Collection is free in most cases, we shall advise upon processing your request. Please see our privacy notice on how we collect, process and use your data as submission of the form will mean your acceptance of this together with our terms and conditions of collection outlined below.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE ENSURE ALL FIELDS ARE COMPLETED BEFORE SUBMITTING
A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given to cancel a collection. Failure to cancel the collection in time will result in charges to cover the transport costs and manpower costs. The equipment to be collected must collate to the lists provided by the client. Significant numbers of missing items will incur transport and manpower costs. Any equipment not collected by CRTUK Ltd which is listed above will not be the responsibility of CRTUK Ltd. Any lost data from equipment not collected by CRTUK Ltd will remain the responsibility of the client. All equipment collected will be scanned and stored in our WEEE tracker software. Any extra equipment will be collected where possible depending on vehicle space. PCs, laptops, monitors and printers must be intact unless otherwise stated above. Any items with missing parts must be recorded in the equipment list above. The client must inform CRTUK Ltd where hazardous waste is to be collected. Equipment must be in the locations specified to enable CRTUK Ltd to allocate time scales to collections. CRTUK Ltd will notify the client as soon as possible if the collection cannot go ahead.
